The career development activities supported by the South Eastern Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development include:

Career Awareness Classroom Presentations:

Career Opportunities in the Trades and the Registered Apprenticeship Program. Presentations are made to all Grade 10 students in the region.
Career Opportunities in the Health Services Industry and the Health Services Summer Internship Program. Presentations are made to all Grade 11 students in the region.

Off-Campus Education Programs:

Cenovus (formerly EnCana) has been providing funding for the supplies needed to create the Career Planning and Employability Skills Portfolios for the past eight years.
Direct support is provided by the coordinator of the Partnership to assist teachers in providing the Employability Skills Portfolios project to students.

The South Eastern Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development develops the funding proposals for this annual event. Prairie Rose School Division submits the proposals for the Partnership.
Sue Feeney is the Project Manager for the annual Skills Competition.
